I/We officially represent the Hotel Client and fully acknowledge, understand, and agree to all terms outlined in the Absolute Legal Constraints & Terms (Legal Framework), including the 13% technology service sharing, Stripe processing costs, and annual SaaS maintenance fees.

We accept full statutory accountability for issuing official guest invoices, bills, and collecting local tourism/service taxes, releasing LEGATES GILT completely from any tax liabilities.

We acknowledge LEGATES GILT's absolute right to execute an immediate API node disconnection (Kill Switch) without prior notice if fraudulent activity or security breaches occur.

We acknowledge and agree to the mandatory RM 100.00 SaaS Yearly Maintenance Charge (~$23 USD) covering enterprise security, smooth node performance, digital vault storage, and payment gateway safety. Renewal reminders will be issued via email 14 days and 1 day prior to expiration. Non-renewal will result in immediate node deactivation and a permanent data purge.
